- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 1 cup mandarin orange segments (drained if canned)
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
- 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup sour cream or whipped cream
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, sour cream (or whipped cream), honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Add the strawberries, pineapple, grapes, oranges, bananas, and marshmallows (if using) to the bowl.
- Gently fold the fruit into the creamy dressing until evenly coated.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
