Description

This Creamy Fruit Salad is a sweet and refreshing mix of juicy fruits coated in a smooth and tangy creamy dressing. It’s the perfect side dish or light dessert for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 cup mandarin orange segments (drained if canned)
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, sour cream (or whipped cream), honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Add the strawberries, pineapple, grapes, oranges, bananas, and marshmallows (if using) to the bowl.
  3. Gently fold the fruit into the creamy dressing until evenly coated.
