Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Add chicken to skillet and cook 5-7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add Brussels sprouts and garlic; sauté for 5 minutes until tender and slightly browned.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer, scraping any browned bits from the pan.
  6. Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and thyme.
  7. Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens.
  8. Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
