- 12 oz linguine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Slice chicken into thin strips and toss with Cajun seasoning to coat evenly.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 5–6 minutes, or until fully cooked and browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, then add cooked linguine. Toss everything until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
