Description

Juicy burgers packed with ranch seasoning, crispy bacon, and cheddar cheese — irresistibly flavorful and perfect for grilling or pan-frying.


Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, extra cheese, mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Form into 4 burger patties.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook burgers for about 4–5 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.
  4. Toast buns if desired. Assemble burgers with your favorite toppings.
  5. Serve hot with fries or a side salad.

Notes

  • Don’t overmix the beef to keep the burgers tender.
  • Add a slice of cheese during the last minute of cooking for melty goodness.
