- 1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20)
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, extra cheese, mayonnaise
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Form into 4 burger patties.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook burgers for about 4–5 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired doneness.
- Toast buns if desired. Assemble burgers with your favorite toppings.
- Serve hot with fries or a side salad.
Notes
- Don’t overmix the beef to keep the burgers tender.
- Add a slice of cheese during the last minute of cooking for melty goodness.
- These also work great as sliders for parties.
