Description

This Copycat Crunchwrap Supreme brings all the savory, crispy goodness of the fast-food favorite right into your own kitchen!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 6 large flour tortillas
  • 6 small crispy tostada shells
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup nacho cheese sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water according to packet instructions; simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Warm flour tortillas in a microwave or oven.
  4. To assemble, spoon ground beef into center of tortilla, top with tostada, nacho cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, and shredded cheddar.
  5. Fold edges of tortilla inward to form a hexagonal wrap.
  6. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium and cook wrap, seam-side down first, for 2-3 minutes or until crispy. Flip and cook other side.
  7. Remove from skillet and serve warm.

Notes

  • Add diced onions or jalapeños for extra flavor.
  • Serve with salsa or guacamole on the side.
  • Pair with Mexican rice for a complete meal.
