Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 cups fruit (e.g., pineapple chunks, mandarin oranges, or berries)
- 1 package (about 12 oz) chocolate chip cookies, crushed
Instructions

- Gradually add the milk, continuing to beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the mini marshmallows and your choice of fruit (e.g., pineapple, mandarin oranges, or berries).
- Gently fold in the crushed cookies, saving a few for topping if desired.
- Chill the cookie salad in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
- Top with remaining crushed cookies before serving, and enjoy!
Notes
- For a lighter version, you can substitute the whipped topping with Greek yogurt or a lighter whipped topping option.
- Experiment with different fruits like strawberries, bananas, or grapes for variety.
