Ingredients
- Canned Cinnamon Rolls: 8 rolls
- Brown Sugar: 1/2 cup
- Ground Cinnamon: 2 teaspoons
- Unsalted Butter: 1/4 cup, melted
- Cream Cheese: 4 ounces, softened
- Powdered Sugar: 1 cup
- Vanilla Extract: 1 teaspoon
- Milk: 2 tablespoons
- Eggs: 2, lightly beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Place the unrolled cinnamon rolls in the dish. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over the rolls, then pour the egg mixture evenly on top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
- While baking, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth to make the glaze.
- Drizzle the glaze over the warm casserole once it comes out of the oven.
- Slice and serve warm.
