Description

Festive no-bake treats that resemble mini Christmas puddings, made with crispy rice cereal and chocolate, topped with white chocolate and sprinkles for a fun and delicious holiday dessert.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup or corn syrup
  • ¾ cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons holiday sprinkles (red, green, or gold)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a mini muffin tin or dome molds by lightly greasing or lining with parchment.
  2. In a heatproof bowl, melt the milk chocolate, butter, and golden syrup together until smooth.
  3. Stir the Rice Krispies into the chocolate mixture until fully coated.
  4. Spoon the mixture into molds or a muffin tin, pressing gently to form dome shapes.
  5. Chill for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  6. Melt the white chocolate and spoon over the top of each dome.
  7. Decorate immediately with festive holiday sprinkles.
  8. Let set fully before serving.
