Description

These chocolate covered blueberries are a quick and irresistible treat with the perfect balance of rich, silky chocolate and juicy fresh berries.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Dip each blueberry into the melted chocolate using a fork or skewer. Let the excess chocolate drip off before placing them on the parchment-lined surface.
  4. Repeat until all blueberries are coated.
  5. Place the tray in the fridge and chill for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely set.
