Instructions
- Line a baking sheet or plate with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
- Dip each blueberry into the melted chocolate using a fork or skewer. Let the excess chocolate drip off before placing them on the parchment-lined surface.
- Repeat until all blueberries are coated.
- Place the tray in the fridge and chill for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the chocolate is completely set.
