- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- Maple syrup (for serving, as desired)
Instructions
- Preheat your waffle maker.
- In one bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Mix wet ingredients into dry, stirring gently. Let rest for 5 minutes.
- Lightly grease waffle maker and pour in batter. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Cook for 3–5 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Repeat with remaining batter and serve warm with maple syrup.
Notes
- Don’t overmix the batter to keep the waffles fluffy.
- Let the batter rest before cooking for better texture.
