Description

This creamy chocolate chip cookie dough fudge combines the nostalgic flavors of raw cookie dough with the smooth texture of classic fudge. No baking required, just pure indulgence in every square.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Toast the flour in a pan or oven at 350°F for 5 minutes to eliminate any bacteria, then let it cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in vanilla extract and salt until combined.
  4. Add the cooled flour gradually and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until smooth and creamy.
  6. Fold in mini chocolate chips gently so they don’t melt.
  7. Line an 8×8-inch or loaf pan with parchment paper, then spread the mixture evenly into the pan.
  8. Top with extra mini chips if desired, pressing them lightly into the surface.
  9. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight until firm.
  10. Remove from the pan, cut into squares, and serve cold or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Use parchment paper with overhangs to easily lift the fudge from the pan.
  • Clean your knife between each cut for neat, professional-looking squares.
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon or sea salt on top for an extra flavor twist.
