Instructions
- Set a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced apple, ginger, dried red dates, goji berries, cinnamon stick, and water to the saucepan.
- Stir gently to combine the ingredients evenly.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to low.
- Simmer for 25 minutes, until the apples are tender and the liquid is golden amber and fragrant.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the honey.
- Strain if desired, then pour into mugs and serve warm.
