Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken tenders
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

- Add the chicken tenders to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

- Optional: Drizzle with lemon juice for added brightness.
- Remove from heat, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
- Don’t overcrowd the pan—cook in batches if needed to ensure even browning.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, pasta, or a fresh green salad for a balanced meal.
- You can add sliced mushrooms or bell peppers for extra flavor and texture.
- Leftovers make a great filling for wraps or sandwiches the next day.
