Description

Chicken Ranch Pasta is a creamy, cheesy comfort dish made with tender chicken, ranch seasoning, and pasta all tossed in a luscious sauce. It’s quick, flavorful, and perfect for busy weeknights or casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz penne or rotini pasta
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded or diced chicken
  • 1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and ranch seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Add cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
  5. Stir in the cooked chicken and pasta. Toss everything together until evenly coated in the sauce.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 2–3 more minutes until heated through.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions before serving, if desired.
