- 12 oz penne or rotini pasta
- 2 cups cooked, shredded or diced chicken
- 1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream or half-and-half
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley or green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in heavy cream and ranch seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
- Add cheddar and Parmesan cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the cooked chicken and pasta. Toss everything together until evenly coated in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 2–3 more minutes until heated through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions before serving, if desired.

- Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker prep.
- Add bacon bits for extra flavor.
- Try mixing in steamed broccoli or peas for added veggies.
