Description

A quick and flavorful chicken ramen stir fry packed with tender chicken, glossy noodles, and crisp vegetables tossed in a savory sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok or large skillet over medium high heat until hot.
  2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, then set aside.
  3. Add vegetable oil to the pan and swirl to coat evenly.
  4. Add chicken slices and cook until lightly browned, then remove and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, sauté garlic, then add bell peppers and carrots and cook until slightly tender.
  6. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
  7. Add cooked noodles and chicken back into the pan.
  8. Pour in the sauce mixture and toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
  9. Sprinkle chopped green onions over the top and toss lightly.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy.
