- 2 cups chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat a wok or large skillet over medium high heat until hot.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, then set aside.
- Add vegetable oil to the pan and swirl to coat evenly.
- Add chicken slices and cook until lightly browned, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic, then add bell peppers and carrots and cook until slightly tender.
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- Add cooked noodles and chicken back into the pan.
- Pour in the sauce mixture and toss everything together until well coated and heated through.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions over the top and toss lightly.
- Serve hot and enjoy.

- Do not overcook the noodles to avoid mushy texture.
