- 120 grams chorizo sausage, sliced
- 1 large baguette
- 80 grams cheddar cheese, sliced
- 1 cup fresh lettuce leaves
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and cook the chorizo slices until slightly crisp, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked, then slice into strips.
- Return the chorizo to the skillet briefly to warm with the chicken.
- Slice the baguette and spread mayonnaise on both sides.
- Layer the chicken, chorizo, cheddar cheese, and lettuce inside the baguette.
- Close the sandwich, press lightly, and serve warm.
