Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large French bread loaf, halved lengthwise
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter (melted with 2 cloves minced garlic)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with Alfredo sauce, salt, and pepper until coated.
  3. Place halved French bread cut side up on the baking sheet and brush with garlic butter.
  4. Spoon chicken mixture onto bread. Sprinkle with mozzarella, parmesan, and red pepper flakes.
