- 1 large French bread loaf, halved lengthwise
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter (melted with 2 cloves minced garlic)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with Alfredo sauce, salt, and pepper until coated.
- Place halved French bread cut side up on the baking sheet and brush with garlic butter.
- Spoon chicken mixture onto bread. Sprinkle with mozzarella, parmesan, and red pepper flakes.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Broil 1–2 minutes for golden top.
- Garnish with parsley, slice, and serve warm.
