Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
- Add cubed Velveeta cheese to the sauce and stir until completely melted and creamy.
