- 2 packs Instant Ramen Noodles
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes or Chili Oil
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 2 Green Onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup Optional Protein (like sausage or tofu)
Instructions
- Preheat your skillet and saucepan over medium heat.
- Melt butter in the skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in gochujang, chili flakes, and soy sauce.
- In the saucepan, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions but shorten cook time by 1 minute. Drain.
- Add noodles to the skillet with sauce. Pour in milk and mix well.
- Gradually stir in shredded mozzarella until melted and fully incorporated.
- Top with chopped green onions and extra chili oil if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- Use freshly grated cheese for smoother melting.
- Adjust spice levels to your taste by adding more or less chili oil.
- A splash of milk or hot water can loosen the sauce if it thickens too much.
