Description

A fiery twist on classic comfort, this Cheesy Spicy Ramen combines rich gochujang sauce, creamy melted mozzarella, and chewy noodles for the ultimate flavor-packed meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 packs Instant Ramen Noodles
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes or Chili Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Optional Protein (like sausage or tofu)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet and saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Melt butter in the skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in gochujang, chili flakes, and soy sauce.
  3. In the saucepan, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions but shorten cook time by 1 minute. Drain.
  4. Add noodles to the skillet with sauce. Pour in milk and mix well.
  5. Gradually stir in shredded mozzarella until melted and fully incorporated.
  6. Top with chopped green onions and extra chili oil if desired.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated cheese for smoother melting.
  • Adjust spice levels to your taste by adding more or less chili oil.
  • A splash of milk or hot water can loosen the sauce if it thickens too much.
