Description

A warm, creamy, and irresistibly cheesy dip layered with tangy black and green olives, garlic, and fresh herbs. Perfect for parties or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped black olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped green olives
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella, black olives, green olives, garlic, lemon juice, and half of the parsley until well mixed.
  3. Lightly grease a small baking dish.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the dish and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly on top.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining parsley on top after baking.
  7. Serve warm with chips, veggies, or bread.
