- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped black olives
- 1/2 cup chopped green olives
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, mozzarella, black olives, green olives, garlic, lemon juice, and half of the parsley until well mixed.
- Lightly grease a small baking dish.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly on top.
- Sprinkle the remaining parsley on top after baking.
- Serve warm with chips, veggies, or bread.
