Ingredients

  • Sweet Corn Kernels: 1 cup, boiled and coarsely mashed
  • Grated Mozzarella Cheese: 1 cup
  • Boiled Potatoes: 2 medium, mashed
  • Green Chilies: 1 finely chopped
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves: 2 tablespoons
  • Red Chili Flakes: 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper Powder: ½ teaspoon
  • Salt: to taste
  • Cornflour: 2 tablespoons
  • All-Purpose Flour: 2 tablespoons
  • Breadcrumbs: 1 cup, for coating
  • Oil: for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F) or heat oil for deep frying.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Mix corn, potatoes, cheese, chilies, coriander, spices, cornflour, and flour.
