- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in chopped cabbage and cook for about 5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in sour cream and half of the shredded cheeses.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese evenly on top.
- Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- For extra flavor, add a dash of Worcestershire sauce or smoked paprika.
