Ingredients
Scale
Beef + Onion
- 1 pound lean ground beef or turkey
- ½ medium white or yellow onion, diced
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
To Finish
- 8 large eggs
- ½ cup milk
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground mustard
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 medium tomato, diced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, cook the ground beef (or turkey) with diced onion, salt, and pepper over medium heat until meat is browned and onions are softened. Drain excess grease if necessary.

- Pour the egg mixture over the cooked beef and onions in the skillet. Stir gently to distribute evenly.
- Sprinkle cheddar and parmesan cheeses evenly over the top.
- Scatter diced tomato over the surface.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until eggs are set and the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.
Notes
- For extra cheeseburger flavor, top slices with a drizzle of ketchup or mustard.
- Make it a veggie-loaded version by adding bell peppers, mushrooms, or spinach before baking.
- This frittata stores well—refrigerate leftovers for up to 4 days and reheat in the microwave or oven.
