- 4 slices sandwich bread or ciabatta rolls
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or sliced
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter (for grilling)
- Optional: sliced tomatoes or croutons
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the chicken with Caesar dressing until well coated.
- On two slices of bread, layer the dressed chicken, romaine lettuce, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Add optional tomatoes or croutons if desired.
- Top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
- Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Grill the sandwiches for 3–4 minutes on each side until the bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove, slice in half, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use ciabatta or focaccia for extra flavor and texture.
- For a spicy kick, add some crushed red pepper flakes or hot sauce.
- Serve with a side of marinara for dipping.
- Swap mozzarella for provolone or cheddar for variation.
