Description

Butterfinger Caramel Cheesecake Bars are a decadent dessert layered with a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy cheesecake filling, rich caramel, and crunchy Butterfinger candy pieces. Perfect for parties or satisfying your sweet tooth!

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped Butterfinger candy bars
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil and lightly grease it.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 8–10 minutes, then remove and let cool slightly.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth and creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Mix in vanilla and a pinch of salt.
  5. Fold in 1 cup of chopped Butterfingers and drizzle in 1/3 cup caramel sauce. Swirl gently into the batter.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the center is set and edges are lightly golden. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  8. Before serving, top with remaining chopped Butterfingers and a drizzle of caramel sauce. Slice into bars and serve chilled.

Notes

  • Use full-fat cream cheese for best texture and flavor.
  • Chill bars thoroughly before slicing for clean edges.
  • Can be made ahead and frozen up to 1 month (without topping).
