- 500 grams Ground Beef (80/20 blend)
- 1 small Onion, grated
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 Burger Buns
- 1 large Tomato, sliced
- 1/2 Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Leafy Greens (like arugula or lettuce)
- 1/2 cup Herbed Yogurt Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, grated onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil until just mixed.
- Lightly oil the grill grates or pan.
- Shape the beef mixture into four equal patties and let them rest while the grill heats.
- Grill the patties for 4–5 minutes on each side until cooked through and charred.
- Toast the burger buns for 1–2 minutes.
- Spread yogurt sauce on the bottom bun, then layer greens, the kebab patty, tomato slices, red onion, and more sauce on top.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- Chill patties before grilling for better shape and texture.
- Don’t overmix the beef to keep the patties tender.
- Use an 80/20 beef blend for optimal juiciness.
