- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ¼ teaspoon marjoram
- ¼ teaspoon basil
- ¼ teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic.
- Add corn syrup, lemon juice, and white vinegar. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in red pepper flakes, marjoram, basil, thyme, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve as a dipping sauce for wings, vegetables, or as a sandwich spread.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor and texture.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to make it more or less spicy.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
