Description

This Buffalo Wild Wings-inspired Parmesan Garlic Sauce is creamy, savory, and packed with garlic flavor. Perfect as a dipping sauce for wings, veggies, or as a spread for sandwiches.


Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon marjoram
  • ¼ teaspoon basil
  • ¼ teaspoon thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic.
  2. Add corn syrup, lemon juice, and white vinegar. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in red pepper flakes, marjoram, basil, thyme, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve as a dipping sauce for wings, vegetables, or as a sandwich spread.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated Parmesan for best flavor and texture.
