Description

Buffalo Chicken Bacon Loaded Mozzarella Bombs are the ultimate appetizer explosion! Each cheesy biscuit bomb is stuffed with spicy buffalo chicken, crispy bacon, and gooey mozzarella cheese — baked to golden perfection. They’re bite-sized, addictive, and perfect for parties, game days, or anytime you crave bold flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (8-count) can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
  • 8 cubes mozzarella cheese (about 3/4″ each)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
  • Optional dipping sauce: ranch or blue cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until fully coated. Stir in crumbled bacon.
  3. Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch round. Place 1 cube of mozzarella in the center, then top with about 1 tablespoon of the buffalo chicken mixture.
  4. Wrap dough around the filling, pinching edges to seal completely. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Brush each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
  6. Bake for 13–16 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
  • Substitute blue cheese crumbles for mozzarella for a bold twist.
  • Can be prepped ahead and baked just before serving.
  • Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers reheat well in an air fryer.
