- 1 (8-count) can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
- 8 cubes mozzarella cheese (about 3/4″ each)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
- Optional dipping sauce: ranch or blue cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until fully coated. Stir in crumbled bacon.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 3-inch round. Place 1 cube of mozzarella in the center, then top with about 1 tablespoon of the buffalo chicken mixture.
- Wrap dough around the filling, pinching edges to seal completely. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush each bomb with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
- Bake for 13–16 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

- Use rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
