- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 whole egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into even squares.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square, fold, and seal the edges.
- Brush with beaten egg and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
