Biscoff Fudge is a rich, creamy, and decadent treat made with Biscoff spread and white chocolate. This no-bake recipe is incredibly easy to make and perfect for gifting or satisfying your sweet tooth.

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter (spread)
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies (for topping)
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- In a heatproof bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, Biscoff spread, and sweetened condensed milk.
- Melt the mixture in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and fully melted. Alternatively, melt in a double boiler over simmering water.
- Stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the crushed Biscoff cookies on top, gently pressing them into the fudge.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
Notes
- Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- You can also freeze for longer storage; thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate for extra indulgence.
