Description

Biscoff Fudge is a rich, creamy, and decadent treat made with Biscoff spread and white chocolate. This no-bake recipe is incredibly easy to make and perfect for gifting or satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookie butter (spread)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed Biscoff cookies (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a heatproof bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, Biscoff spread, and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Melt the mixture in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and fully melted. Alternatively, melt in a double boiler over simmering water.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the crushed Biscoff cookies on top, gently pressing them into the fudge.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  8. Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes

  • Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • You can also freeze for longer storage; thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
  • Drizzle with melted chocolate for extra indulgence.
