Description

  • Puff pastry sheets: 2 sheets, thawed
  • Fresh raspberries: 1 cup
  • Fresh blueberries: 1 cup
  • Granulated sugar: 2 tablespoons
  • Egg: 1 large, beaten
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix raspberries, blueberries, and granulated sugar gently.
