Description

A calming and creamy smoothie blending ripe bananas, soothing chamomile tea, Greek yogurt, and honey for a refreshing and peaceful treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana
  • ½ cup brewed and cooled chamomile tea
  • ½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew the chamomile tea and allow it to cool completely.
