- ½ cup brewed and cooled chamomile tea
- ½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ cup ice cubes
- Optional: pinch of cinnamon for garnish
Instructions
- Brew the chamomile tea and allow it to cool completely.
- In a blender, combine the cooled tea, banana, Greek yogurt, honey, and ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed for 30–45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with cinnamon or a chamomile flower if desired.
