Description

Cheesy, saucy, and comforting, this baked ravioli is the ultimate weeknight winner — no boiling required!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 20 ounces frozen cheese ravioli
  • 3 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly oil a medium baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, toss frozen ravioli with half of the marinara sauce to coat evenly.
  3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Add half the ravioli, then layer with half the mozzarella and parmesan. Repeat layers.
  5. Cover dish with foil (oil side down) and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for some heat.
  • Swap in meat or spinach ravioli for a twist.
  • Use fresh mozzarella for a creamy top.
  • Let it rest before serving for clean slices.
