Ingredients

- 20 ounces frozen cheese ravioli
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly oil a medium baking dish.
- In a bowl, toss frozen ravioli with half of the marinara sauce to coat evenly.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce at the bottom of the baking dish.
- Add half the ravioli, then layer with half the mozzarella and parmesan. Repeat layers.
- Cover dish with foil (oil side down) and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for some heat.
- Swap in meat or spinach ravioli for a twist.
- Use fresh mozzarella for a creamy top.
