  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 whole lemon, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, parsley, thyme, and minced garlic until smooth.
  3. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
