Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, parsley, thyme, and minced garlic until smooth.
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Place halibut fillets in the dish, season with salt and black pepper, then spread the herb butter evenly on top and arrange lemon slices over the fish.
