Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat and lightly grease it.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract, then combine both mixtures gently.
- Ensure the pan is evenly heated and lightly coated.
- Drop small portions of batter onto the pan and add a few sprinkles on top of each.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until lightly golden.
- Stack the pancakes and dust generously with powdered sugar.
- Serve immediately with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
