Description

Bright, zesty, and healing Anti-Inflammatory Cubes made with turmeric, ginger, lemon, and honey. Perfect for teas, smoothies, and wellness shots.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup fresh turmeric root, peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Add turmeric, ginger, lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, black pepper, and water to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. If desired, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth for a smoother texture.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone ice cube trays, filling each section evenly.
  4. Freeze for at least 3 to 4 hours or until solid.
  5. Once frozen, transfer cubes to an airtight container or zip-top bag and store in the freezer.
  6. Use as needed by dropping into tea, water, smoothies, or soups.

Notes

  • Shake or stir mixture before pouring to avoid spice settling.
  • Use fresh roots for stronger flavor and benefits.
  • Label storage bag with date for freshness tracking.
