Description

Air Fryer Zucchini with Parmesan is a quick, crispy, and flavorful side dish or snack. Lightly seasoned zucchini slices are air fried to perfection and finished with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan for a cheesy, savory bite.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Cooking spray (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray if desired.
  4. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the zucchini is golden and slightly crispy.
  5. Immediately sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the hot zucchini and toss gently to coat.
