Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Place zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with cooking spray if desired.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the zucchini is golden and slightly crispy.
- Immediately sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the hot zucchini and toss gently to coat.
- Serve warm as a side dish or appetizer.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, press zucchini slices lightly with a paper towel before seasoning to remove excess moisture.
- Try shredded Parmesan for a more melted texture.
