Description

Crispy, juicy shrimp cooked quickly in the air fryer with garlic, paprika, and a bright squeeze of lemon. This easy seafood dish is full of flavor, perfectly golden, and ready in under 20 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.
  3. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  4. Arrange the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the shrimp are golden and opaque.
  6. Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  7. Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Pat the shrimp dry before seasoning to help them crisp better in the air fryer.
  • Do not overcrowd the basket. Cook in batches if needed.
