- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until the shrimp are golden and opaque.
- Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
Notes
- Pat the shrimp dry before seasoning to help them crisp better in the air fryer.
- Do not overcrowd the basket. Cook in batches if needed.
- Add a pinch of chili flakes if you want a little extra heat.
- Serve with a yogurt dip, garlic sauce, or cocktail sauce for extra flavor.
