- 2 tbsp coarse sugar (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a round disc using your hands or a rolling pin.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture onto the center of each biscuit, followed by 1 tablespoon of cherry pie filling.
- Fold the biscuit over the filling to form a half-moon shape and press the edges with a fork to seal tightly.
- Brush the tops of the hand pies with melted butter and sprinkle with coarse sugar.
- Place the hand pies in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
